Matt’s been brewing beer in his “spare time” for many years but, unlike most home brewers, he didn’t really think about going commercial until recently. On the Music side of things, Matt’s a sax player, and was a member of both the Symphonic and Jazz bands at St. Olaf College.

Bill is a husband, dad, Tolkien junky, musician, Thai Yoga massage therapist, cyclist, Buffalo boy, and beer nerd. Even though this was his idea he’s going to blame Matt.
